Either it is some sort of joke or the guy is a player and you have just been played. It all depends on what type of relationship you have with him. I would ask him outright. If you don't like the fact that it is a relationship based on just sex and there is no monogamy, move on. If it is a joke, it sure ain't funny.

Could mean a number of things depending on the guy! I mean, I have one friend who tells me that all the time, but we are and will remain, just friends. On the other hand, it could me that he likes you in some way.

Wow thats bad to say because i could understand that the girl would think that the guy has other girl friends. He probably meant out of all his girl friends, that one is his favorite, which is bad because he probably said that to all of them.
