I don't wanna use it as an office or a guest room, I want something cool and different. It can't be used for a gameroom because our living room is so big that we have our ping pong table in it.

Use it as an exercise room. Get some dumbbells, a bench, exercise ball, mat, exercise-related posters (how to perform exercises, target particular muscle groups, etc.), a small stereo to listen to while you work out, a scale, and a mirror on one wall. If you want to spend more you can get an elliptical or rower for aerobics. Of course, you could also get Nautilus or Bowflex equipment, although I think those are less effective and much more expensive than the dumbbells.

exercise room would be good as we all need to be fitter and stronger you could start of simply with weights and exercise mat. Posters to give you incentive would also be good and probably necessary. A book case to keep books on exercising and also better nutrition. Try for just a small improvement every day in your new exercise and health room.

Perhaps a craft room, storage room or lounging room. Maybe a certain activity the whole family enjoys like painting, watching television, wrapping presents. lol
Or a place where one keeps extras of everything
or suitcases -

OK, put in a wet bar, mirrored wall behind it, decorate like Casablanka, as a "Bistro" with a couple of small tables and four chairs around each one and a "Stage "area for "Entertaining performances" like Karaoke! Then invite friends for a fun party in your own "BISTRO."

Are you into BDSM? If so, turn it into your own "pleasure dungeon", complete with shackles and torture devices.
