im not sure if i am spelling it or saying it right....but back in 97' i bought these like lil cigerettes or cigars....wrapped in like this brown hard paper...not like cigars...they were about 5 inches in length....has anyone heard of them or remember them .....or where i can now buy them?

I've never smoked them, but I know what you're talking about. While on deployments to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, Beedies are very popular among smokers and non smokers over there.
I have seen them for sale in the states, but it's rare to find them. Check a cigar shop or the gas station's that sell the off the wall type cigarettes and such. You'll probably have better luck finding them there instead of going to places like 7-11's. Good luck!

Ahhh yes. My friend used to smoke those in high school. They're wrapped in leaves right? You can usually find those at random liquor stores or headshops. Also try cigarette stores.
