If there are any smokers near you, have them save their cigarrette butts for you in a coffee can. Fill it with water and make tome tobacco juice. Strain the butts and spray the water around the area you want to cats to leave. They do not like the smell of the tobacco juice and they will go away.

Generally, if the food source goes, so will the cats!!!! You can contact a local animal resuce group. Many have the ability to trap and alter the stray cats at the very least. If you don't do something, you can become overrun with them quickly.

Take them in, clean them up a bit and then give them away to good homes. I also think it would be nice if you kept the mother and maybe even one of her kittens.

Feed the poor things and then call your local ASPCA or Humane Society to come and get them,or try to find homes for them yourself.It's not their fault that no one cares for them,why should they suffer because of it?

Human cat traps/cages. You can get them from the ASPCA.

Advertise them in the paper, on posters, etc. Don't dump them or take them to a place that will kill them.
