I don't know what you mean by "all true at the same time."
Aliens are a farce. Gene manipulation of primates, possibly is being studied, but to cure human diseases..not to try to "create humans"..that's impossible.
Creationism is the Bible's explanation of how the earth came to be.
Evolution is man's concepts of the same.
