I have achieved many, but the greatest is simply being alive. I realize that doesn't sound much like a goal, but it bacame one ten years ago when my cardiologists gave me less than a year to live. I know many of you have accomplished great things, in your own lives and in the lives of others. Even small victories are worthy of notice. If you will, please share them with us. I'm almost embarrassed to admit it, but over the course of 8 months I've managed to shed 105 pounds and am now a size 10. I was never a 10, and at 43, after having borne 3 children, I can honestly say I look better than ever.

This was no easy feat when you consider that I am disabled due to rheumatoid arthritis and take moderate doses of Prednisone, a drug notorious for causing weight gain.

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to brag a bit.

This year my goal is to volunteer 12 days per month splitting my time between the local food bank, crisis pregnancy center and hospital (rocking babies in the neo natal ICU) It's the beginning of August so far so good 12 days per month.. The goal is not complete but it's on track..

I am in training to be a Childbirth Coach.. I want to volunteer my time helping woman through the rigors, fright and anxiety of childbirth especially teenage mothers who are often very frightened about everything, I think I will do well with teenage mothers as I was there myself 19 years ago and I have true empathy for what they are going through..

I am not sure if what I do is a great thing but it makes a difference in my small corner of the earth and that's enough for me..

i think of the only way somewhat think of approximately it is not attempting to locate the obstacles to human beings procuring the product is extra attempting to replace the packaging and make it look extra present day and likewise getting the product in and out basic view next to something of the different products. do no longer ferret it away interior the area of the keep next to something of the organic products maximum human beings do no longer pass there! positioned it suitable on the shelf next to the standard products with some style of huge crimson celeb on it or something. to no longer point out that i'm no longer particularily loopy with reference to the flavour of ginger, hops and clay in my toothepaste. What precisely does organic mean besides? what's the marketplace primary definition of natual at the instant? Is it somewhat ALL organic or do you in basic terms opt for a definite share of aspects to be organic to stamp that for the time of your label? kind of like how finished wheat bread in basic terms has to contain a small % of finished grains to have the capacity to label it "finished wheat" and hike up the fee. as quickly as I examine Tom's aspects i'm basically as puzzled as as quickly as I examine Crest or Colgates. individually Poloxamer 335 and 407 does not have the hoop of an "all natual" ingredient. interior the tip i'd opt for a competent reason to no longer use the different extra classic manufacturers earlier i'd evaluate switching.
