hi i want to make phone call on my pc using my normal phone line connacted to my dialup modem plz help i dont know of any programs that are good

It depends on which country you are in. A lot of ISPs now provide this service. Otherwise, you could try Skype. (Just Google 'Skype")

Skype.com is probably the best you will find, however you will not find good success using a regular phone line unless you are subscribecd to a DSL broadband internet connection. Dialup is just too slow to transmit audio traffic in realtime.
