Simple answer to simple question: Under the seat is an electrical connection to the seat belt buckles. It can be unplugged to facilitate the removal of the seat. Unplug it.

It;s part of the computer disable it will throw a code.It's $75 to $175 if caught with out belt on??

Ya don't disengage... Why??? find the dingy bell and remove that. Then ya just have a dash light..

You can not. these suggestions my other people will read as a seat belt failure in your OBD. You Know I am right if you have an Electronic throttle body. can I borrow a Nickel?

The answer should be in the owners manual. You'll have to read it and find out. If you don't have a manual, stop by a Dodge dealer and read one they have in the showroom.
