Example an MP3 song with a 3.00MB in size convert to WAV format with a lenght size of 1..14 KB. How can i do this?

Mp3 is a compressed format of Wav. If u want a smaller wav file, i suggest you trim the file into smaller bits. AVCs format is also bigger in size than mp3.

WAV is just about the least efficient means of storing an audio file. MP3 makes use of compression and audio analysis to preserve quality of the audio while reducing the file size. Regardless, anytime you reduce the file size of an audio file you are effectively throwing something away -- you really don't want them to be too small or it sounds terrible.
