biological evolution is a theory about living things on earth. the big bang theory is cosmology, the study of the structure and development of the universe (planets, stars and galaxies). sometimes, perhaps confusingly, the big bang cosmolgy is called 'cosmological evolution', but this is evolution in a very general sense, evolution just means change - the theory has no relation to the patterns or mechanisms of biological evolution. stars don't have genes, for instance, and the details of the strong nuclear force are irrelevant to biology.
