kissed her and touched her breasts and tried to put his hand up her skirt.

the mother is inlove with this man and so is her daughter. she is allowing this man to still come around her daughter as long as there is adult supervision.

I told her that if i see him around her daughter again i will personally call the cops.

my question is.........if i call the cops and they deny it ever happened, would he still get arrested. i have children that can verify it happened too.

At the very least, send Child Support Services after them.

If there is no culpable evidence, it can get shrugged off.

Is sex with a minor a felony or a misdemeanor?
It's still punishable by law and he would serve a minimum of five years if caught.
Bit of a delicate situation there. If the daughter is all for it and the mom is all along with it, I dunno. If the daughter is not cool with this, report it. If money is changing hands, report it because that is still called prostitution.
If not, you might want to consider renting Jerry Springer's "Ringmaster", which is about this very situation. It's hard to watch people you know being this uncouth, but talk it out with your own kids and explain VD's, bitter divorces, and how these relationships never last and ruin everyone involved.

It depends on how long ago it was. And if non of the admit to it, it becomes a he said/she said kind of thing and it will go nowhere. Accusations like that are extremely hard to prosecute without cooperative witnesses/victims. They would mast likely tell the cops that you're mad at them for something unrelated and that you're just trying to get back at them for it. Then you're going to end up in trouble for filing a false report.

If the mother is letting this go on then you should call CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES on her now! When I say know I mean if you have dial up turn off your computer and call them this mother should be put in jail for child abuse. It is wrong for a 28 year old sicko to prey on a little girl.

It doesnt really matter if he is arrested or not. The point is that you have the moral obligation to report child abuse. It really makes me so angry when I see these women choosing men over their own children. If a mother or parent ( for that matter) will not protect their own child...then who will. What is this world coming to ?

Report it. If you do not, then you are justifying the actions of a pervert !

Call the police on this PERVERT---if YOUR OWN CHILDREN have seen him in the "ACT" with the 14 year old girl then this guy is also showing YOUR children something he should NOT be showing.... he's performing sexual acts in front of YOUR kids ON a 14 year old and should be STOPPED---the MOTHER of that young girl should ALSO be investigated for ALLOWING it to continue.... she's one sick woman

First of all, thanks for caring about the safety of the girl. Especially when her own mother is an idiot who won't protect her.

Second, if I was you, I would report that incident that happened to the police. It's a serious crime. Who knows what he's done to her when no one was looking. Don't wait for him to come around her again, call the police NOW.

well he should! and you're a good friend by the way. the police would investigate and my bet is probably arrest him at least for suspicion or reasonable belief including testaments from you and your children. you can take it to court. you know that's sexual assault to a minor (second degree I believe, not sure), right? he can be put in jail for years.

what a caring mother.. really, you're a great friend
good luck! get that b@$tarD put away!
