I just wanted some thought about interviewing with the same company again. I had an interview with a big 4 accounting firm a year ago but it did not go so well. It is a year later and interviews are coming up again. I am a college student about to graduate and the big 4 accounting firms usually do a lot of hiring in the fall. I am applying for other jobs also but I really want to work for the big 4. I plan on getting my CPA which hopefully would open the doors and increase my qualifications more.

Why not? I have reapplied at the same companies before and had repeated interviews, you might just land the job this time. Never ever give up this will also show your very interested. You just didn't state what happened the first time though. If it was that bad don't remind them, you might be interviewed by a new recruiter anyways. So go for it and good luck!!!

Oh yeah, re-interview. My husband had three different interviews over 10 years before he got on with his current company which is a Fortune 50 company.

You're in college, having bad interviews are part of the process. If you are willing to go back for another round, after the first round wasn't so hot, they will take a serious look at you.

Good luck in getting your CPA!!

There's nothing wrong with interviewing with the same company again. When I was in college, I interviewed with one company 3 years in a row (twice for an internship, once for a full position.)

At least you have a better idea what to expect in the interview the second time around ;-)

Absolutely. This shows that you are really interested. I know of a lady who went for 7 interviews before she finally got into a well respected financial firm. In a competitive environment only the persistent applicants get in!

worst case scenario. They telly you to never bother them again.
best case scenario - they offer you a job.
Roll the dice, good luck.
