I want my Polish grandma's apple cakes, which are like a soufflé with apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar glaze made with cream and butter and were the greatest things I have ever eaten on this planet, and I have had some great food. Unfortunately, grandma took the recipe to Heaven with her...The Original Pancake House (there are three in Western New York) has something somewhat similar, their Apple Pancake is really fine stuff.
