Way too many miles for a mustang. Plus, since it's a Ford, once it starts to die, it's be a pain to fix, not just money-wise, but actual physical pain, becasue those sports cars especially the Fords are really hard to work on because those 5+liter engines usually take up most of the engine compartment.

With that many miles on it, the price sounds a little high to me. But I haven't seen it and don't have the history of the maintenance. Personally, I wouldn't buy it. There has to be a lot of work that needs to be done on it. It's your money and you know the car, so it is up to you to decide. good luck.
