My friend just recently got married. She was a virgin when she got married. And she still is a virgin now. She and her husband are having trouble having sex. He can't get it in because it hurts her too much. They tried a vibrator to loosen up the hole. It didn't do any good. He also tried his fingers but that was no good either. He still couldn't get it in the hole cause it hurt her too much. I don't know what to tell her. I think their nerves have something to do with it. She is thinking about how it's going to hurt and he is thinking about not wanting to hurt her. He is going at it as slow as he can but still no good. What can they do? I need to know what they can do to first of all relax more (the first night they had the candles, soft music, the whole nine yards but it still was no good)? And I also need to know what they can do? How can they ease the pain and and actually have sex? They have tried lubricate (naturally since it was her first time). Please don't be rude.

If there are any doctors (gynecologists or sex doctors) that can help them please give your best advice. This is very serious to them especially since they are married. it is very fustrating for them, especially the wife because she feels as if she is to blame for their problem.

Every virgin has a very tight hole. And for every single girl, its going to hurt her first time no matter what. But it should only hurt for a few penetrations. Her husband needs to just put in there right away to break that tight opening. Then he should do it slowly. And Maybe after 5 minutes of doing it, she wont feel pain anymore and become adapted to the feeling. You need to tell your friend that it will be painful no matter what. But tell her, it will be worth it once she gets it over with ;]

If this doesnt work, check with a gynecologist.

Trouble Having Sex

Perhaps a trip to the doctor could help her out. They could give her a pap smear, which would mildly hurt, but it would fix the problem. She might have light bleeding, but the same would result from sex with her husband. All that needs to happen, is she has to get over the initial fear of having her hymen broken. FInd a doctor she's comfortable with and have her husband go with her. Most doctors will let them stay in the room. Simply have her make an appointment because she's trying to get birth control (even if she's not). It'll get that out of the way, her husband can be pregnant and they can have sex. Try astroglide for the lubricant, it's the best I've found.

has she tried getting drunk first? I'm being serious here. Alcohol is a great way to calm your nerves and let your inhibitions down. Then she will just need lot of lubricant.

After getting through the first time she should be ok after that as she won't be as nervous, unless of course she has a serious medical problem that is preventing her from having sex. Which means she is f*cked (or in this case not).

ok i had the same problem my first time. then he introduced me to oral sex while he was doing that he used his fingers to loosen me up and i can remember that it was um great! but it is gunna hurt anyway they do it but keeping her in a pleasure zone then adding a little pain is a really good thing. he might want to do that a few days in a row and slowly try to add another finger then incert is tool.

or just get her drunk and she won't care about the pain as much i know that sounds bad but at lest they are married.

I've heard of condoms that have a numbing effect no idea what the name of it is but might be worth a try.

try lubrication first as well as a lot of foreplay. he has to take it slow because she is nervous. once they do it will be easier the next time.

I think she's just just really nervous which is causing her to tense up and be really tight, tell her that she has to RELAX and they have to at it REALLY REALLY SLOW.
