I have heard from some advices that your body might intrude by other entity while in deep meditation, so I am afraid to go back again to what I have experience before. Is this true?

Sounds like the nods to me.
When meditating try thinking about your life and day. Try to see God moving in your life.
Transcendental meditation ain't going to lead to nothing but a headache and depression.
Turn the mind off to listen not to achieve a state of being.
God Bless!

Evil powers love a entirely blank mind - they have a field day filling with all sorts of rubbish - delusions, nihilism, paranoia, depression etc.
