Sweetie, calm down.

First off, you didn't eat too much. If I am correct, you only took in about 950-1000 calories which is actually lower than your daily recommendation of 1200. And most of the stuff you ate was alright. Fresh fruits and veggies are better, but hey.

Swimming for 3 hours is good whether its for fun or exercise. Nonetheless, it burns calories.

So if you were doing slow to medium swimming, you probably still burned off at least 200 of those calories

Don't worry about it : )

Ok, I would say that the exercise sounds pretty good. Swimming is an excellent way to work out your entire body, since the activity invovles most all of the muscles, as opposed to target exercises. If you have a tummy youre trying to get rid of, for example, doing only crunches wont get rid of the tummy just cause youre working out your tummy muscles. Its all about calories burned, no matter the activity.

On the food, I would say it sounds like youre starving yourself. Eat some more! BUT, alot of the foods youre eating are simple sugars - sweet things. When your body makes fat, its storing energy. The energy comes from sugar. The sugar your body uses to make fat can either come directly from food, or else it has to be made by your body from the food you eat. Your body has to proccess complex carbohydrates in order to make this sugar to turn into fat, and the very act of proccessing complex carbs burns energy! BUT, simple sugars that come from sweet foods (bananas, honeycombs, etc) dont need as much processing by your body, and can even be turned straigt into fat if you dont burn that energy. So carbs=not bad. Carbs from sugar=bad.

Hope that helps! And dont starve yourself, its unhealthy and it will just start a cycle where you bounce back and fourth with weight.

First, i have to tell u that if u continue like that u are going to have really bad health problems in the future. u supposed to be eating 2000 calories at a day. is not how many calories u eat, is all about the nutrients u are giving to ur body. instead of 1000 calories of fast food why dont u eat 2000 calories of a balance diet, and girl if u cheat one day there is always a tomorrow u can start again...If u exercise every day for 1 hour u are going to be ok. Just do 30 minutes of cardio and 30 of weights and keep doing it because constancy is key.

You are not eating enough to sustain a healthy person, and certainly the wrong things. You need to be eating more fresh fruit and veggies. skip the honeycombs, fruit loops and processed food (chips). Eat salads, carrots, celery, and you can eat as much as you like. A whole can of canned veggies is usually under 100 calories, and you can eat tons... fresh salads is even less. You can munch all day for no calories...

yeah, you are getting plenty of exercise. (Don't forget walking - walk everywhere.)

I believe you ate around 1240 calories.

I would suggest running a bit in place too...that burns 544 calories an hour (on a 150lb frame, though)

Isn't it horrible how such small things add up? *sighs*
