I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE WOULD NOT AGREE WITH ME BUT THE REASON THAT I FEEL THAT JESUS IS SO GOOD IS THAT HE ACCEPTS US JUST AS WE ARE. WE DON'T HAVE TO CLEAN UP OUR ACT FOR HIM TO ACCEPT US OR CLEAN UP AT ALL. HE LOVES US JUST AS WE ARE. MOST EVERYONE ON EARTH HAS AN AGENDA. NOT JESUS. HIS ONLY AGENDA IS LOVE. HE JUST WANTS TO LOVE US. HE DOES NOT CARE WHAT WE EAT OR WEAR OR THINK OR FEEL OR SAY, HE LOVES US. HE IS THERE TO PICK US UP AND PUT US BACK TOGETHER WHEN WE FALL APART AND HELP US THROUGH ALL THE BAD TIMES AND SHARE ALL THE GOOD TIMES. HE IS ALL KNOWING AND ALL SEEING AND EVEN THEN, KNOWING WHAT HE KNOWS AND SEES, HE LOVES US. THAT IS WHY HE IS GOOD.

It's in the DNA. It is also in the parenting. Selflessness is a quality that propels one to take the necessary chances by doing the right thing on behalf of the greater good. Goodness is its own reward and may, in fact, be the only reward in the grand scheme of things. The teachings of Jesus live on. Mere mortals can approach the goodness of Jesus - and untold numbers have, and are - but it takes sticktoitofness less we fall back one too many times beyond repair.

As far as Mooseback333 is concerned........How can you say He didn't exist? There is writings of Jesus Christ by Josephus, A non-believe Jewish Man. But once again, you already have your mind made up. So you will ignore any and all evidence. I'm even providing you proof that isnt in the bible, but yet you will still deny Him......How sad.

Birth....He was already in existence, He is in Existence and
He will always be in Existence...and because of this much
Perfection...he is forever Good...
It was not predestined that He be of any Evil....

He is so good because he loves us unconditionally and He died for our sins. He is so good because he is our salvation and the life he gave us on this earth is a blessing. There are lots of reasons...

It might be a little too tough for your pea brain but it's really not so hard to asnwer. Jesus is good because he's a good husband, a great father to his three boys and he does a great job on my lawn when he comes on Wedensdays to mow it.
