Well, im running 2 miles and walking 1-1.5 miles everyday, plus doing 400 crunches and im also lifting 8 pounds and doin 100 reps. What do u think can i do it before school starts???
Oh yeah, I practice basketball about 1 or 2 days a week too.

im eating a lots of protein, fruits, and veggies, and carbs too.

I think that is really freakish! Excessive, Obsessive! Why don't you just work your body simply, and enjoy life. You are far too young to be that focused on weird body imagery.

i don't think so, it takes a long time and a lot of discipline and hard work for muscles to really develop. even body builders don't reach their goal for years, if they are doing it the healthy way with no drugs
