Is the Quran not as valid a text as the Bible? It also considers itself to be the word of God, so why is the Bible right and the Quran wrong?

You cannot be a Christian and believe that islam is correct. islam claims that Jesus was never crucified, that someone who was made to look like Jesus actually was. islam actually believes that God allowed us all to be tricked for over 600 years, until an angel told Muhammad the truth. We are to believe that God is a deceiver according to the quran. Well, I will never believe that. I do believe that allah is a deceiver though so it cannot be God. allah has no Son. God does. islam offers no means of salvation, no atonement for sins. Christianity does. The two beliefs don't go together despite the lies told by allah, Muhammad and other Muslims who have been deceived.

The Holy Bible tells us in the end times that the Antichrist and followers will attack Israel but they will fail because God will protect Israel. islam says that Muslims will kill all the Jews and allah will destroy Israel and all non-Muslim countries. Are you starting to get the picture? allah is not God. allah does not believe the same things God does. allah is tricking people. islam is not from God.

Jesus is sinless and The Living Word of God. He fulfilled prophesies and foretold all. He will return to judge the living and the dead. Why in the world would God send Muhammad after Jesus? How can we believe that a man who raped his captives, cut off the heads of people, robbed caravans, destroyed cities was to lead us AFTER Jesus. Jesus told us to love our enemy. Muhammad killed his enemies. They don't go together. islam is wrong.

God Bless.

The Bible and the Quran are about two different ideas of God. You have to pick one. They are not interchangeable.

Maybe a better question is, why don't Muslims believe the Bible is the word of God, since it came first?

The biggest fundamental difference between islam and Christianity is abram's ( later renamed by god as abraham) sons christians and jews believe that sarahs son is the rightful decendant to own the promised land being that he was born from a miracles of god, islam believe that hagars son (a woman bought to go to bed with abraham by sarah in doubt of gods power) is the rightful heir to the promised land. I guess it wouldn't be politically correct to say one or the other was right or wrong although the story tends to lead towards sarahs son being that sarah was over 80 at the time of conception. Speaking from religous study with an unbiased view I woudl say that both have a lot of relevant information that correlates with each other and until this incident share much in the same structure but after this there are fundamental differences such as the proper treatment of woman and wives, then prophets many many prophets all of which preach on a totally different path then in the original dead sea scrolls. Islam has distorted a lot of religious facts but they are nowhere near the only religion to adhere to rituals that have long since been outdated or none existant catholics do this in overdrive by praying to a false god (Mary) and lutherins and protestants only exist through hatred for the catholic church.

Well, an easy answer would be that the Qu'ran claims the Bible is the word of God then disagrees with it.
The Bible is the word of God before Muhammad
Muhammad disagreed with the word of God and the prophets of God.
Allah says he is the God of Abraham but disagrees with the God of Abraham.
Moses says a prophet of God must agree with all the prophets of God and the word of God. Muhammad did not and could not be a prophet of God.

The Bible is right for Christians and the Quran is right for Muslims. Both are man made accounts of God.

Each person must make his or her own choice.
The Qur'an says Allah has no son.
The Bible says Jesus is God's only begotten Son.
Therefore, Allah and the God of the Bible are NOT the same.

Islam denies the deity of Jesus Christ. They deny the triune God. They deny that Christ died on the cross for the sins of the world. I will not follow such to hell. I will serve Jesus Christ unto life eternal. Allah is not the Islamic word for God. Allah is an idol. Nothing more. Thou shalt have no other gods before Me, sayeth the Lord. To deny the only begotten of the Father Jehovah is to deny God himself.
