A 12 year old (female) child who is 101.5 pounds and 4 feet and 11 inches tall, has a body mass index of 20.5, which is at the 77.5th percentile and is considered to be a healthy weight.
I think you are fine.

depends, is the 12 year old healthy and happy? if so, leave things alone. If unhealthy or unhappy, then lose a few pounds if it makes em feel better.

I am no expert, but I think that is a perfectly normal size. If you are happy with who you are then that is a great size. 4"11 maybe be a little short but you will grow so what does it matter. Just be happy with who you are.

I'd say about 95-100 pounds is about perfect, so don't change a thing. :)

actually, it depends on the child's metabolism and whether or not they sit around stuffing their faces or are naturally "heavy-set". I mean you can be "big" and still be healthy. I'm "big" and i'm healthy, my doctor says so ^_^
