Does the ab lounge ultra sport work on kids?

Yes, it does. My cousin who is actually 13, and is 5'9" uses the ab lounge everyday. He was over 250 lbs, and within 9 months he's dropped down to 210 from eating better, using the ab lounger, and gazelle. He looks more fit and trim, and has a lot more energy. So, I'd say it worked for him, you should use it too, but check with your parents first, so that they know what you are doing.
