Two questions it appears...
To change a powerpoint file to jpegs you go to File then Save As and then hit the down arrow in the Save As Type drop box and scroll down to JPg. then it will save all slides as jpgs...
To flip or mirror your text I have no clue at this time... Other than to save the text as a pic and then flip it in a separate program
good luck

Hi,
PowerPoint does not have a Mirror capability. Rotating the text even with WordArt does not give a true mirror effect.
To do this you will need a graphics application such as PhotoShop, PhotoShop LE, GraphicCoverter, Gimp or editing program with a real Mirror command.
You can save individual text boxes as pictures. Just click into the text and when you see the shaded box around the text right click on that shaded border and choose Save As Picture.
Then you can use your graphics program to turn that into a mirrored bit of text, save it out, then import the picture of the text back into PowerPoint.

Hadn't realised that before, because of course you can flip it vertically so it's uside down by just dragging placeholder from middle top hangbox down over itself, but it has no effect when you do it from right to left.
To save as jpeg, just copy whichever placeholder you want, paste into a blank presentation and save as jpeg instead of .ppt. Alternatively copy and paste into Publisher and save as jpeg. Then you can do whatever you want with it, especially good for resizing without losing any text, and copying and pasting back to PowerPoint. I do this a lot with my company logos when I need them in different sizes for different publications. Just a sec, just gone back to PowerPoint and you don't even have to copy and paste to another program. Right click on placeholder and you've got the option to save as picture. This way you can still keep the whole presentation as PowerPoint format, but just this particular placeholder separate as a jpeg file.

You can save a slide as .jpg, just choose Save As, then scroll down through the file types.
Perhaps easier would be to insert your text as WordArt instead of as a text box -- WordArt can be mirrored in PowerPoint. Insert the WordArt object, then on the Drawing toolbar, click Draw, click Rotate or Flip, then click Flip Horizontal.

no, you can't mirror "normal" text. The form of the letters you see on the
screen ist fixed in the font.
Two possibilities:
- For short texts use WordArt, because its graphic, you can mirror it.
- You can download a mirrored font.
try google
hope this helps
