I'm a real football fanatic at heart. I dreamed of playing one day, but i have to give that up to be with her. I do love her. I don't wanna hurt her either. Help.

it depends on which means more to you, your dreams or the person you love.

if your dreams are the most important thing to you than don't, go after your dreams, and find someone else along the way

but if you love someone so much that they mean more to you than your dreams, than ya its worth it, as long as you know that they are the person you know you want to spend the rest of your life w/

you need to think about your priorties, what comes first your dreams or the person you love?

If someone loved you, they wouldn't force you to give up your dreams. Circumstances might arise that prevent you to follow your dreams, however, and it is at that point, you've gotta decide what you love more: that special someone, or your dreams? Only thourgh much soul-searching can you come up with an answer to that. In that situation, I truthfully cannot say what I would do.

hi_baby said it best, people come and go. the ones who you think will be there forever will be the ones who hurt you the most. So don't give up your dreams for her, she wouldn't do the same for you.

Most certainly not. But it alright to share your hopes and dreams and work together to try and help each other achieve their hopes and dreams.

Not really. No one should ever ask you to give up your dreams. If they do, they don't really care about you, they should want you to be happy. Sometimes I'm afraid of my boyfriend leaving me when he reaches his dreams, but I would never ask him to give them up. He deserves to be happy.
