I didn't ask for this Top contributor thing, in fact I'm not so sure I like it. I may be a nerd, but I have a beautiful family, a beautiful new house, car and motorcylcle that are fully paid for,owe no money, go on vacations 6-7 times a year and have a financial situtation where I won't have to work another day in my life, if that's your definition of a pathetic loser, I'll gladly accept it. However, I do have too much time on my hands when I'm home and I probably do spend too much time on Yahoo Answers.

Of course!! What the he## else is there to do here in Vietnam other than Laying on the beach and hitting the bars with the brand new girls that come in every three days? Eating in the great restaurants and hanging with the Xpats at Sleepy Gecko. My bar bill for the week was $17 and I was there for at least 3 hours a day. I wish I could send you some photos so you could answer your own question.
I always love the person who calls Loser! It tells just about everything you need to know about the person.

I doubt so. I answered questions to the best of my ability and people like what I answer. They tipping my answer as best answer is what makes me top contributor. And I believe a number of top contributors are definitely not losers with their wealth of knowledge in their reply. How about trying it yourself?

i'm no nerd,pathetic or a loser.i just want to help genuine fellow travellers get the most out of their hard earned £/$.Most people are not as fortunate as me and can't afford to waste a single day of their (probably) 2 weeks a year
Before I am elevated to sainthood I would also like to say answering better, at least sometimes, than other contributors like peanutz or nowhereman(and many others) gives my competetive spirit a buzz..............no offence boys and girls ....I'm sure others think the same
