I was petioned for Shedule A- Nurse for green card, immigrant, Can my wife under my petition work in the US?

She's also a registered nurse in Ca. but she will come to me with our children under my petition. Can she work?

yes she can as long as she gets a working permit and a guaranty job in this country

That's a good question you should take up with INA. I'm sure once you're there an employer could sponsor her for her own work permit.
