if you received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you must obey what he teaches
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Matthew 28:20
"observed all thing" not only receiving Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

If Charles Manson came to your door and said, "I am The Way, The Truth, and The Life; no man can come to the Father except through me." would you believe and follow him? No? Then why would you believe something a two-thousand year old book says and dedicate your life to that belief?

No, I am an atheist. Your evangelizing, no matter how well intentioned, doesn't negate everything I've learned about religion, science, and logic that has lead me to know that there is no god.
Please read your bible seriously, all the way through. You'll find it's full of interesting things, though not really what you're getting at.

Boy does this bring back the memories! I remember having the those first two verses crammed down my throat at a very young age. Thank God I grew up and got to know God for who He is really is. :)

Nope. Well technically yes, I did once, but I've since rejected that. And as per Hebrews 6:6, I can never be forgiven for that sin, so it doesn't matter now anyway.
