It's just like any other place. Get a job and pay your bills. You might even have some cash left over.

Figure out what it would take to lead the lifestyle you want on the mainland. Use national averages, not necessarily your current location.

Now add 35% to that. That is the average.

a lot of money. real estate is expensive here. houses are average millions of dollars. i suggest you live in vegas. it's much more cheaper. i would.
