No. That would be calling Him a liar.

Yes you can follow the teachings of Jesus without believing He is the Son of God, and you will find great blessing in doing so. But you cannot be a true Christian and have eternal life without faith that Jesus is indeed God.

No, you cannot.
You can "follow the teachings of Jesus without believing He's the Son of God," but you cannot follow JESUS Himself without believing that He's the Son of God.
Romans 10:9 says, "...that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."

There's a difference between not believing in God at all and just not believing he's the son of God. I think believing Jesus is the son of God constitutes as being a Christian.

I suppose you could get into the things he said... follow his "teachings" or whatever. Although, to be honest, his words by themselves weren't all that original.
For the most part, the whole strength behind *any* of his words relies on the (very unscientific)theory that he's the "Son of God" or "God incarnate" or whatever, and therefore what he said was somehow "Divine".
What you should do is take a philosophy class, there were better thinkers and speakers in history than Jesus. People who didn't rely on Divine superstition to get their point across. If classes are not financially viable then go to the library and find a introduction to philosophy book. I think that's more your cup of tea.

Yes, you can follow his teachings, but that alone does not make you a Christian. And since Jesus is God,,,it is a little hard to follow one without the other. You must believe in God and you must believe that he sent his Son, to die on a cross for your sins..you must repent and be baptized for the remission of your sins, and receive the Holy Ghost, when he comes to you. Then you follow after him...Christian means follower of Christ.

A christian IS a FOLLOWER of Jesus CHRIST. You can't not believe and follow his teachings. Otherwise whats the point of being a so called Christian. And just believe, its not hard.

You'd have to pick and choose which teachings to follow, because a lot of them stress the belief and worship of God. But you could follow his ethical teachings without believing in God.

No.
If you think about it, Jews, Hindus, Buddists, Muslims, and atheists live by the principles that Jesus is reported to have taught.
Thats just one way you can tell all religions are just made up to explain social behavior. The more intelligent people understand that any societies following a different social behavior (hate thy neighbor) would become extinct over time. Religion is just an outcome of evolution, the next step once people realize that is to discard it completely.

Probably not but a decent life philosophy is a good idea.
You'd be surprised how much of the clergy doesn't strictly believe in god & heaven.
America doesn't care for philosophies. Gotta have religion. But I never could get into the whole god thing myself.
