Be honest? Would you like to listen to what Jehovah Witnesses have to say, or would you just be close minded? BE HONEST!

You shouldn't base anything on what other people have to say you should ask them any appropiate question you have. Don't jusge without getting to know they're proper beliefs.

Well thanks for all of your negative comments. I don't know what this is suppose to do to my faith, but I am convinced and I know that is the truth. This just makes me stronger.

girl the fact that many people don't want to listen is part of what Jesus said would happen, I'm glad that you feel stronger ins ted of becoming ashamed of your be lives. That is a big example that you are setting for the other teen in the congregations because not all of them are willing to defend what they be live like you are doing it,

Hi^^
Yes I do. I have learned about very, very many. I am now learning about some of the new ones that have opened up. It is hard to keep up with all the new ones. But, I find it very insightful and helpful to gain all knowledge I can about everything I can. Its fun to me. But, since I started doing this I have to catch up with allot of the religions that have changed the doctrines since the Internet came to be. Some were not allowed to use the Internet..But now they can.. Other things have changed so I have to go back and do a touch up.
Peace Be With You,

I am open to learning about other denominations and religions. I have been having a very nice dialogue with a LDS this week and a Wiccan. Learning about their faith doesn't threaten mine. I am stronger than that.

I am open to other religions, and I have many friends that have different beliefs then I do. I will listen to what people of other beliefs have to say but I will retain my right to stand firm in my beliefs. I don't know if that labels me as closed minded or not...

I have tried to ask several different questions to and about several other *religions* , denominations, and maybe because I look so stern or something, I NEVER get straight answers..... I am a very curious person, and love to learn and know about other people....... I sit in the car and love to watch people...... not out of morbid curiosity but out of genuine kid kinda curiosity........ like I said, I just LOVE people.. ... but, I do NOT want to be converted or whatever, I just want my question answered like I answer on here...... to the point......... God bless

Why would anyone want to listen? Is is not enough that a Jehovah Witness member learn for himself what the doctrine involves so that he may be the best he himself can be?

i tell every Jehovah's Witness and Mormon that comes to my house. That i will extend them the hospitality of my home. I will cook them dinner, and that me, my wife, and kids will listen to whatever thet they have to say for as long as they wish to talk.
if they will give me their address and extend to me the same hospitality, and invite me to their home to teach them what me and my family believes about our gods.
so far i have met a single Mormon that accepted my offer.
i even went to their church for 6 months to get a better understanding of their church and beliefs. i am still very good friends with her and her family.
I have not met a single Jehovah's witness that would take my offer.
so am i willing to learn ..? Yes.
am i willing to be preached to in my home by people that do not give a damn about my beliefs? No.

If I want to know about a particular religion, I would combine my own research from various sources as well as discussing the faith with someone of that faith if not several of that faith. I figure they know more about their faith than someone trying to tear it down.

I believe in religious dialogue, not religious monologues. If your JW will sit quietly and listen to me without interrupting, I will accept the same from them.....they never wish to do this....sometimes saying they don't want to hear the words of the Devil.
Lousy marketing.
