I have vista too and the drivers are hard to find. Check your motherboards webpage for updates. Over all the os runs good on my pc just a expanded xp with totally diffrent command lines. Command lines are no longer with vista too this os uses images not lines of command. Give it a while 2 or more months and see if you like then. I do! Plz do 1 thing make a password recover disk its a pc SAVER!!!!

When the program does not install, it gives you an error message. This will direct us to the solution to the problem. Mostly, XP programs do not run under Vista. Many heavy XP users are formatting their drives and reinstalling XP, though this is a drastic solution to the problem. STart with the error message as to why the item is not installing properly.

Well, most XP programs are not compatible with Vista no matter what they say on their site, including MapleStory (Nexon) and AIM (AOL).

Vista can run some new programs though, and it has transparent windows. =)
