It didn't work for me but that isn't to say it won't work for you. Everyone has a different skin type so it takes differently. Like they say, try it and if it doesn't work, get your money back. I know it may be costly but a dermatologist could help you. When I went to one it help out tremendously but then it got to expensive for me. So I stuck with Avon products which works wonders for my oily skin.

If you have sensitive skin (like me) then I definitely would not use proactive. It is extremely harsh to your skin and all it did was make my face all dry. I have been on something called Acne Complex for a couple months and I love it. It is way more natural and healthy for your skin. I'm not trying to say proactive doesn't work because all skin types are different. Just check out Acne Complex!

Also, if you have just a couple spots and want to dry them out over night, then make a paste out of baking soda and water and put it on the pimple. Wait about 10 minutes and wash it off. Do not pop the pimples, unless you want them to scar and appear bigger. Also, one of my friends told me to put toothpaste on the zit, and it got rid of the zit, but it made a huge red mark that scabbed and lasted for weeks, so I highly recommend not trying that. For face washes, if you don't want acne complex...I highly recommend Olay Deep Cleansing for combination/oily skin. It feels so good and makes your skin smooth. If you want to use make-up to cover some of the acne...look at the Neutrogena line. They have tons and are a little more expensive but well worth the extra pocket change. If you want to visit a dermatologist, that would be great! My sister is using two prescriptions and you can hardly tell she has acne. They are Differin and Benzaclin. Also, never forget Moisturizer...get a comodogenic or oil free kind...I use Cetaphil because it also has a 15 spf. Sorry this was so long, but good luck...I hope this helps!!

It worked for me. I had some mild acne on my chin and I used the cleaner and moisturizer every day. It went away after a week or so of regular use. I could not use it all over my face, though, as it would dry out my cheeks and forehead too much (but those spots are dry skin and I didn't have any pimples there). The Wal-Mart cheapie version, Acne Free, works just as well.

Yes....I've used it for 10 years now, only now I'm down to just the face wash....I never did the toner because it always made my face soooo greasy and eventually the repair lotion did too, your skin changes.

It didn't for my daughter, but that doesn't mean it's a bad product. Some cases are worse than others, and her's is one.
