hair cut help?

so i want to get my hair cut like hayley (from paramore)'s hair in their video "pressure". But, i can't just show them a video and ask them to cut it like that, so can anyone give me pictures of her or other hairs that looks similar to that? or even just what to say to the hair person? thanks
