the thing that dean and Sam have been chasing is finely dead. but half of hell has been realest on man kind sort of.
o yeah Sam got killed and dean traded his sole for his brothers life, and now dean only has one year to live.
but Sam didn't come back completely Sam, he's change.
its kind complicated.
