I've had irritable bowel syndrome for forty years it never made me nauseous.
I would be more concerned about possible hypoglycemia. The next time you get nauseous, try sipping some very sweet hot tea, if that helps then it is likely that your blood sugar drops and makes you feel ill.
If not, and it turns out you do have IBS, then ask the doctor about a prescription for Bentyl.

Low thyroid levels (have a simple blood test to determine) or even a kidney stone, if your uring is 'cola colored'...nausea sets in. Maybe your sugar is low or try eating very small portions of food during the day instead of heavy meals.Carry some crackers with you or if it's your sugar carry some pixy sticks. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon

Does it also cause pain? I had Gallbladder problems & would eat, then become extremely almost violently ill. I would have horrible pain that wrapped around my back to my stomach. I also vomited up bile when I had my final attack before being hopitalized. I ended up having to have emergency gallbladder surgery. I also had to have stones removed from the duct that connects my pancrias to my gallbladder.
This is extremely painful. I also have 3 kids and never felt the pain I did with my gallbladder.
They can do bloodwork to see if you do have gallbladder issues.
Hope this helped.
Good luck & God Bless!

U might have a condition called Fibromyalgia.. ask your Doc about it. I had all those symptoms. Does your body ache? Get in touch and hopefully there lies your condition. Can't cure it but you can manage it. I have it.
All the very best to you xx
