Try putting soap on there, and letting it dry. It'll dry out your skin a bit, then put some kind of body/fash wash on the spot (depending on where it is)

Also, as weird as it sounds, you might want to try tooth paste. Just make sure it's the PASTE and not the gel stuff.

Do you put pressure on the parts of your body that you get sweat zits at? (ie, crunches and getting them on your back and shoulder?) If so then try to find an alternative you can do without having to rub your body up against anything. Wear cotten clothes that are about one size too big so they let your skin breathe. Take a shower two or three times a day if you need to and wash with a gentle soap like Dove or Ivory. Be careful not to wash too often or it might make your skin irritated.

Drink plenty of water too.

Exfoliate your skin really well with a loofa or good quality wash cloth twice daily for your face. Morning & evening before bed seem to be best for me. If you need help with the problem on your body, be sure to use a exfoliating body wash with a pore minimizer to shrink the pores. The pore minimizer shrinks the pores where dirt and oil has a harder time getting in and clogging your pores. Make sure if you are using a washcloth that you change it every other day or so, and if it's a loofa throw it in your washer with a load of laundry to get all the bacteria out of it. You wouldn't believe how many germs grow on them things when you don't wash them, and EVERYBODY forgets!..*lol* I have found that Biore' products for minimizing pores do the best out of the long line of products on the shelf. Hope this helps :o)
