The one on the left and right appear to be Dracaena.
The pic in the middle is christmas cactus, which requires some special treatment to bloom.

Your dracaena's are still young, so they have not gotten the tall stalk yet.

What you can't see in this picture is that the leaves are a nice dark green and the leaf margins are edged in burgundy red.
The coloring will vary, depending upon how much sunlight they get.

That's as near as I can tell from the pics, but I have to leave a question mark on the one on the right, as I am not completely sure of it.

The ones on the ends are Dracaenas (marginata on L and 'Warnecki' on R) and the one in the middle is a Christmas cactus.
