I have been in the Navy for over 20 years. While I am not a SEAL, I know what is required. First and foremost you HAVE to make sure you qualify to be a SEAL. Several academic and of course physical requirements are required. Check those out before you put your heart into classes. (of course there are many other SPEC OPS rates in the Navy as well).
PT all of the time, run, swim, run, push ups, crunches, run, and swim. Oh.....and swim some more.
AS far as college goes, military history/strategy classes, communications, foreign languages, all of these course would certainly help in your quest. Any 4 year degree would qualify you to be an officer. Contact your local recruiter first, or go to www.navy.mil to see what it has to say about SEALs. GOOD LUCK!

My sons best friend is a Navy seal. He went in without college,
I would suggest technology as the seals are getting into that now and anything with communications. The best thing is to make sure you are really prepared mentally. Out of his class only 20 made from I believe he said 45 started. (my numbers could be off a bit, but I'm close).
It's all mental he said, and your body needs to be able to handle whatever the brain throws at it.

Any Middle Eastern language or studies would make you a highly valuable officer right now. Because of the SEALS emphasis on physical fitness nutrition or physical education or even sports medicine.

M M ,
there is NOTHING in any college that can really prepare you for the S.E.A.L.s
suggest u find an ex SEAL and ask them for 'real' world info.
colleges can not legally in any manner prepare u for SEAL camp even hazzing doesn't come close.

Medicine, engineering, chemistry, military science, languages... just about anything but journalism would probably be useful.
Just like real life.

Major in a language... Arabic, Farsi (If you can find it), etc...
Special Warfare is a total dead-end for an officer.
