Xylitol affects the liver in dogs and can cause various problems and is often fatal. Spread the word! This is NOT regulated by the FDA or any other group. At the least they should warn consumers! Feed back?

Jello also has Xylitol in it. I think they should tell everyone because people have been giving their cats and dogs jello and foods that are not good for their pets. I have typed up a list of foods that are not good for cats and dogs. Alot of it has to do with Human food which is not good for peoples pets.
When a dog has eaten anything with Xylitol in it they have 30 minutes to get to a VET after they have eaten it.

Thanks I Knew this already but I bet there are some who do not. I also don't buy gum that contains the Xylitol. Safer that way!

okay listen they dont have to warn consumers because normally you dont feed candy products to dogs and most packs of gum say not for animal consumption and anyone with half a brain could tell not to feed a dog human food unless its like steak or something the "word" doesnt really need to be spread unless someone is a complete moron.
