I wouldn't use Velveeta. I'd use Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup diluted with milk to the desired consistency. (This makes a great sauce for broccoli or cauliflower, by the way.)

Sounds good especially the glazed ham and Mac and Cheese but i think would substitute a Smoked Barbecue Brisket in place of the chicken,also another side dish maybe pinto beans or black eye peas also some sweet potatoe pie or pecan pie would set it off too! ummm im getting hungry! ;)

Make a roux-equal parts flour and butter, cook a few min. add some milk, stir till like a gravy, add cut up cheese and stir until melted, add milk if too thick, season.

COOK THE HAM AND VELVEETA CHEESE 2GETHER IN A POT ON MED-LOW HEAT. AFTER THAT, JUST KEEP ADDING MILK UNTIL IT GETS TO THAT "GRAY LIKE" LIQUID. THEN UR GOOD 2GO!

chop up the ham into small pieces...melt the cheese slowly. (no need to add water) Mix the two together and flush it down the toilet.

melt the cheese with pet milk. it will smooth it out and make a nice sauce. stove top, not microwave. double boiler if you got one.
