No one, no matter who they are, can know for sure what the big man up stairs really wants. We have culture, religion, and books telling us one thing or another. So I guess it really depends on which church you go to and who you call God.

Each religion and variation of it thinks one thing or another. But in my understanding, God must be a incompatible existence and no one is really going to understand what's up with him. No one alive was around to tell you exactly what God said, and for the longest time he never identified himself as God. So unless you have the phone number to heaven, you have to the the best with what God has given you.

Ask God. Who is God? Ask, "Who are you? What do you want?" Listen. Of course, part of the problem is not making up your own answer one way or another, or is that the question? What's the difference? Believe. I believe in his Son, because I can relate, so can everybody, not merely opinion, even his own, because he is objective, real. Besides, he said that God wants us to believe him. After twenty-some years of believing, I can look at the rocks and see the same thing that everyone can see in everything, if truly objective and not jumping to conclusions. Yes, believe. Help others believe, not only in ourselves, that he is good.

I don't know if there is a God, but if there is ... He'd want us to throw those old dusty tomes, the bible, koran and Torah, in the recycle bin and forget all the crap we ever learned from Christian, Jewish and Muslim clerics and ... JUST ... HELP ... EACH ... OTHER.

If anyone claims to know what God wants apart from the Bible then they are most likely either lying or deceived. God wants people to repent of their sins, obey his commands and trust in Jesus for their salvation.

He wants people to love Him with all of their heart, soul, mind and strength and to love their neighbors as themselves. He wants them to go and tell people the good news that they have broken God's laws and deserve eternal punishment but God loved them so much that He sent his only Son Jesus to take their penalty for them by living a life free from sin and offering his life in their place on a cross.

God does not want anything except for you to live your life without hurting anyone with your mind or body. That includes thanking all the water and food you eat. I wouldnt eat meat if i was you, Imagine somenoe raising you and eating you. Its anger from the meat that hurts you. If you can avoid hurting people and helping people and maybe animals by not eating them ( less killed for food) your already a Winner In GODs book. This is all about learning, this is what this life is about, learning.
