consider a strike like cheating(anything even kissing not just sex guys), anything that can seriously hurt my relationship or me or him.

I don't consider him saying a chicks hot or hangs out and calls other women a strike

If people want to 'give up' on a relationship because a person did something wrong once, or even three times, they could be 'throwing away the BEST person they've ever been with. Both my husband and I have 'made big mistakes' ... but we KNOW we are both 'only human' and we KNOW that God wants us to be together (we may even be only one 'being' in Heaven) ... so we say 'oh, well,' and set a 'reasonable punishment' and then we move on. TOGETHER ... FOREVER AND BEYOND.

well, it depends on what you define as "screwing up"
if by that you mean little things like forgetting anniversaries and looking at other girls at the mall, then that's just petty and ridiculous.
however if by "screwing up" you mean cheating, lying (about serious sh*t) or anything else thats a MAJOR breech of dating edicate, then my answer is still no.

my policy with dating is, they cheat once, and i know about it. their as* is gone. you should'nt have to get hurt 2 more times to learn your lesson. but with cheating, i always get retribution. if i have solid evidence, like an e-mail or a testimony from a guy that had "relations" with my current girlfriend, that would be it, i would go and sleep with someone else. i crave justice.

don't take any sh*t.

I suppose it depends on what he was doing? How often have you repeatedly done something to hurt someone else? Would you pass the 3 stikes your out rule?

If this is about cheating, he might get once chance and after that, out. I would say that we weren't compatible.

I find this to be a very easy and reliable way to deal with people who just can't get it straight but they are not HURTING anyone or anything - in SOME cases, I do not even give second chances, such as cheating on me or stealing from me - that's just something I do NOT tolerate, period.

it depends on what you consider strikes, we both know that cheating is a definite strike, one that I myself can't forgive but what else do you personally consider to be strikes,, think about that and get back at me..

it depends on what is it ...
if it is something serious like cheating ... there is no second or third chance. the first time and you are out. but if it is something else that can be worked out then maybe not. if it hurts you and they keep doing it knowing that it does ... then leave.
