Bad idea to lend money to a boy friend or a girl friend for that matter. It's almost the best way to end a good relationship. But, the main thing is that if his boy really cared for you, he wouldn't be asking to borrow money. He would respect you enough not to place you in this position. Odds are that you'll never see the money you have lent to him, so be prepared to chalk those dollars up to a learning lesson.

As a former Catholic, I always thought the idea of giving something up for Lent was selfish. It does nothing to make the world a better place. If you are really concerned about people who cannot afford food, donate money to charities that help those people or volunteer at a soup kitchen and make a difference. Simply giving something up is nothing more than a self-serving gesture that will never be noticed by anyone who matters.

No that's not a good idea .. he's supposed to pay for you ... don't lend money to your bf because most likely he doesn't think he have to pay you back ... and it's going to be hard asking back for all that money if the relationship doesn't last :( also how much you give him and what's he using it for also is important to do, but girl get your money back, and I hope your not paying for dates!! If you are you need to get read of that loser, and get a nice guy with a good job!! :)
GOOD LUCK ;)

If he has not offered to pay you back for what he
had borrowed, then why would you lend him more.
It seems like he feels that he doesn`t have to pay
you back. I suggest you get rid of him. He is not a
responsible guy and is taking advantage of you.
Yes I know he is sweet and nice and all that, but
that don`t pay the bills.

The longer the debt lasts, the less chance you'll get paid back. Never loan friends money, ever. It's the fastest way to lose a friend.

You should ask him for the money back. I have lent money to my girlfriend and have gotten it back.. As long as you trust your partner whats the big deal? And if you don't trust your boy then you should cut all ties and go out with someone you trust.

probably not a good idea, and you will likely never see that money again. Can't even sue for it unless you got a receipt.
