Umm.... no. If you eat slow, then you will actually lose a bit of weight because your body has time to digest the food. Also, when you eat slow, you tend to eat less because you get fuller quicker when you take your time to eat and chew every bite.
HOPE THIS HELPS! (Feel free to email me for more help)

No. if you eat slow it give your stomach more time to digest, it dont take it in all at once. The amount of food you eat make u gain weight or lose weight the time doesnt matter lol.

no it doesnt. eating more than your body needs at once time will make you gain weight. when you eat your body uses what it needs and stores the rest. this is why you want to eat small meals more frequently than the 3 meals a day standard.

Quite the opposite, eating slow helps the body to digest the foods better. you will also eat less as the body will be staisfied long before you eat too much. Your body takes 20 minutes to realize its full, eating fast means you will eat too much before your body realizes its had enough.

no, actually, the opposite is true. If you eat slowly, the hunger centers in the brain have time to register before you stuff yourself. Those who eat rapidly can stuff in thousands of extra calories before the brain can register fullness.

Just the opposite is true. Listen to your body and take time to taste your food.
