If God was Created, then we would be worshipping the Creation, and we would have to know who the Real Creator is, But we Told that he has always existed. Perhaps that statement eludes us because as Humans we know everything has a Beginning. I think the same could be said about Love. No one can tell you you not in love when you know you are, you may not be able to pinpoint the exact time you fell in love, but you just know you in love. Somethings are just beyond explaining. Suffice to say that when God says his a God of Love, from what we see in Creation among other things, we know this to be True, and thats good enough for me.

No matter which way you look at it, it does go on forever. These words might help with the explanation:
If you could hie to Kolob in the twinkling of an eye,
And then continue onward with that same speed to fly,
Do you think that you could ever, through all eternity,
Find out the generation where Gods began to be?
Or see the grand beginning, where space did not extend?
Or view the last creation, where Gods and matter end?
Methinks the Spirit whispers, "No man has found 'pure space,'
Nor seen the outside curtains, where nothing has a place."
We cannot imagine the scale of existence! It is literally infinite.

According to theists, nobody created god, he just is (unfortunately such a phrase must be used, sorry) the first and uncaused cause.
However, according to the idea of infinite regress, there cannot be a first things, because something would've had to cause that, as you've pointed out.
I personally subscribe to the idea that time is not linear, rather it is torundal (shaped like a giant doughnut) and thus like an ant on the giant donut, we (all that is) can follow what seems to us to be a straight line of time around and around on that great doughnut of spacetime. Kind of like you know the earth is round, but if you're walking the dog, it just seems flat. If this is true, then it eliminates the idea of the first cause, because there is no first part of a doughnut, like there is no first part of a circle. It just keeps going around and around.
As for who created god, I'm certain that it was us humans. Whether it was homo sapiens or homo erectus, I don't know, but let's face it... we are pretty dumb creatures. So thousands of years ago... tens of thousands of years ago... we had no concept of science but we had to have some way to explain what was going on. This tradition still continues. Plus, the idea of having a god provides psychological comfort for some. It sucks to have a loved one die, but if you can look forward to seeing them again in heaven, it's not so bad. It sucks to have a person slaughter your family and burn down your villiage, but if you can look forward to them going to hell, it might make you feel a little better.
Man created god. Who created man, then? Then we get into a tremendously complicated process of proteins and amino acids and DNA, and genetic and epigenetic mutations over millions of generations of millions of species. One can trace the various creatures in the animal kingdom back to certain genetic common ancestors, and to those creatures' common ancestors, and then conceivably to the origin of life in the primordial seas of earth, which took billions and billions of years to even get started. Then you work your way back to the formation of the earth... then our solar system... our galaxy... our universe, at which point you get to the big bang.
It doesn't even end there. It could be just one big bang that started (dunno why), or it could be a whole series of bangs and crunches, or it could be a ton of bangs that keeps going around and around that giant doughnut of space-time.
I hope that answers your question!

And by the way, God couldn't be God if He was "created."

God always was and always is. Like a circle, no begining, no end. That's the best answer I can give you, because absolutely NOBODY on earth knows that answer( priests, nuns, nobody). There is no way of knowing, you just have to have faith. But I can tell that God is out there.

God created our limited human minds to not understand this. No one knows. If you get to Heaven you can ask Him.

When I think of God I think of the word Goodness. If you do good then good will come back to you or as they say God will bless you. God is the spirit of all of exsisting and preexisting life unified into one identity. I kind of think of god as the sum total of everyones good vibrations sent out into the universe like wave legnths (think WiFi). LOL

GOD was the brain child of two brothers. They understood there was a need for speedy freight delivered overnight. They established Guaranteed Overnight Delivery. The business was a success eventually becoming part of the UPS family of companies.
