Shall I round up to 5'6?
Is the BMI the most accurate way of seeing if you are overweight? If not, any other way?

no....i'm over 30 bmi. but i only have 5-6 percent body fat. It's based upon averages. An asian person does not have a big build like a white or black person does. Get skin calipers and that will measure your body fat.

the most accurate method is by water displacement and costs a bit of money, but failing that, the bmi is a good indicator.
as for your height, if you are still growing, round up to 5'6", but if you think you are done growing use 5'5"

Anythiing on a BMI calculator you have to round up. So use 5'6''. It is better to over estimate your BMI than underestimate.

I think you should round down to 5'5" just so that the weight you should be at is more accurate. I am the exact same height as you and I weigh 110 pounds....

HOPE THIS HELPS! (Feel free to email me for more help)
