Check the car, the kitchen counter and the pants you were wearing yesterday.. Those are the 3 places I usually find mine when they are misplaced..
The oddest place I have ever found them is in the freezer not sure what I was thinking when I set them down in there..
If it was your glasses and your coffee I would say look on top of your head and in your hand I have walked around the house for an hour looking for my glasses and coffee when they were on my head and in my hand.. (My husband "The one with sick twisted humor" loves to remember this search often)

Over there, under that! In your pocket or purse? In the car?! Quick, go check! Not there? I keep telling you to tack up a peg or put them in a bowl on the counter FIRST thing, but no...you just don't listen! Now we're going to be late...AGAIN!

I took them and hide them in your kitchen (lol) I hope you are really not in a dilemma of having lost your keys though that is not funny.

Well I'm sure going onto Y!A will help you find them. Everyone said they'll be in the last place you look.....so think....look in that place NOW and save all that time! Good luck with that.
