I like paypal, right now my employer is doing direct deposit, but I am changing my account and don't feel like giving him my new routing #. Is this okay for tax purposes, am I going to run into trouble if I use paypal for my employment status.

Regards

T

Why would you want to pay a fee to Paypal to get your check when you could have it deposited directly into a bank account for free?

Yeah, I wouldnt suggest going this way, I accepted a e-check and it make me change my account from a personal to a kind of buisness paypal, then they make you pay money for accepting payments through paypal, and then it takes like 7 days for the payment to be cleared. Just tell the guy to cash his check at the bank, put the money in his bank account and pay through paypal, its an instant payment and then you can get your money right away and ship the product. Trust me I live on ebay and dont accept payment of an echeck, your better off declining it. That way for the rest of your ebay life you dont have to get robbed of paypal fees

yes - paypal will charge you a fee for every check you receive - could be up to 6% , and you still need to attch paypal to a regular checking acct in order to get the money out - give the company your regular bank info

Well pay pal was not ment to be used in this manner, however I don't see why you would have a problem with it, but you might consider getting the pay pal atm card, otherwise your money is going to be sorta difficult to get, becuase you would have to have them send you a check, or transfer it to another account for funds.
Also they will charge you a fee.

No to Paypal. I have a refund coming from Dell, Dell has proven the paperwork, and Paypal claims they don't have it. Hate to see that happen to your paycheck.
