Would highly recoomend the lawry's, it solves both your queries, both quick and easy. The Lawry's (and KC masterpeice Marinades are 30 minute marinades) Lawry's has the widest selection of flavors, I like the Garlic and Herb, but their thai, lemon pepper, and orange are excellent as well. Hope this helps, good luck.

This is not bottled, but a brilliant marinade:
1cup ketchup
1/2cup balsamic vinegar
4 tbsps dark brown sugar (if no sugar use syrup)
4 tsps granulated garlic
8 tsps Worcester sauce
6 tsps tabasco sauce
4 tsps mustard
4 tsp paprika
4 tsp chilli powder
2 tbs terijaki sauce
Mix all together and place in a plastic bag or large containers with the chicken leave in the fridge for at least 4 hour to marrinate, turning occasionally in the sauce for even coverage.
I'm not sure if this will be enough for the amount of chicken you have, but just double eveything up to make more.

I marinade it in Italian style salad dressing. I think Bernstein is the brand and it's restaurant style italian. Tastes great and really easy.

I thnk it depends on what flavor spectrum you're aiming for. There are terrific recipes for hot wings and there are great recipes for teriyaki wings. Here are a couple of ideas you might also want to consider: 1. Marinate your wings in a mixture of buttermilk, hot sauce, kosher salt, coarse ground peppercorn, sage, thyjme, and rosemary for at least 12 hours, preferably longer. 2. Drain your wings and grill until crispy and done. 3. When finished, sprinkle generously with lemon pepper and kosher salt. or 1. Marinate your wings in a spicy Italian dressing overnight 2. Drain and wrap in thick sliced platter bacon 3. Grill until wings are done and bacon is crispy 4. Brush with a mixture of maple syrup, melted butter, and a dash of hot sauce. or 1. Marinate your wings in a mixture of white wine, lemon juice, garlic, peppercorn, rosemary, and tarragon. 2. Drain and grill until done. 3. Baste with a mixture of white wine, butter, and dijon mustard 4. Season to taste with salt and pepper Dipping sauces will always enhance your wings, so consider making your own blue cheese or ranch. You can also create a great dipping sauce by mixing together melted butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup. Bon Appeti!

There's two marinades that I like to use. The first is Italian dressing. The second is a home-made mixture of oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, minced garlic, crushed ginger, a dab of hot sauce, minced kaffir lime leaves and lime juice.

Well you can always use italian dressing in a pinch, but I prefer to marinate in a mixture of your favorite beer ( I use Bud Lite or Heineken) and a few cloves of crushed garlic. The meat is soooo tender!!

You say bottled, yet want a recipe??? I'm lost.
If you're buying bottled I love Jerk but there are quite a few to choose from with everything from citrus to Ginger. I like the ones by Lawrery.
