I wouldn't recommend it. Dairy isn't really good for cats, despite the tradition that "cats love milk." It's really hard for them to digest, and you might end up with some unpleasant surprises to clean up.
Also, I'm willing to bet that "trix" yogurt has a lot of fake coloring and preservatives in it - that definitely isn't good for animals.
A few licks now and then won't hurt her, but don't make a regular practice of it.

OMG you are literally the coolest person I have ever met (or read from). All of those books are fantastic and I simply cannot see The Witches and Animal Farm are banned. They might as well tell you the only thing you can watch is the news on TV and still block the reports about the Middle East. You've graduated by now I suppose so did you get away with it for the rest of your high school career? You're are just freaking amazing, I wish you were here right now so I could buy you a machiatto or something from Starbucks. You go girl, like this is awesome. This is definitely you can tell people as a story or something. You're freaking brilliant. I salute you and bet you're off now doing something brilliant with your life. Congratulations! You're an inspiration to so many kids. Like even if you got like suspended or something (even though that's not good at all) at least it would have been something cool and awesome. Just... you go girl,:)

Trix yogurt is heavy on the sugar, but regular yogurt is often given to a cat after a course of antibiotic treatment to help them re-establish the normal flora in their intestines. A little bit probably won't hurt much.
The major problem you will find is that you may turn your cat into a mealtime pest. You really want to discourage your cat from expecting food from the table.

It's not going to kill her. However, eating any amount of human food should be done seldom. Trix yogurt is filled with sugar, which can affect her health if she eats too much over a long term. Eating a tiny bit left on a spoon will not hurt her, though.

No, I don't think it is, i remember reading somewhere that cats are lactose intolerant and i remember the vet saying that cats shouldn't have dairy products. I should know, I used to give my cat Sandy either milk, icecream, or cheese (little bits of it every now and then) and she got a minor case of diereha each time. I'm not sure about yogurt, i never really eat it (I dispise the taste of it) but if you cat reacts badly to it, don't feed it to her.

i know i know... human food is bad for pets... they all say it. but humans indulge on sweets, alcohol, smoking, sun bathing... all this stuff that is "bad" for us. so what will it hurt to allow your pet a treat once in a while? not too much. let kitty lick the leftovers off the spoon when you are finished, but not every day. also, most cats are lactose intolerant... so keep that in mind cuz you are giving her dairy when you give her yogurt. other than that - let her have a treat once in a while - you know - indulge, enjoy life!!

my dog does it. well any yogurt for that matter. but hes a shepard lab mix so he is quite big. the cat however is small and that much dairy so often couuld cause diabetes , my dads poodle died of that. dispite how everyone thinks milk is good for cats it actually isnt , i mean in moderation yes , so my dog licks yogurt every once in a while so i guess your cat should be fine but dont give it too much.

My kitty loves yogurt too and occasionally I give her a little tiny bit, but if you want to get a kitty-safe treat, they sell cat milk at Petsmart or Petco. It's better than human food for them and my cats LOVE it.

i give my cat a little bit of the yogurt when i'm eating it. she enjoys it and i don't give her very much so it is a real special treat...
her treats are anchovies from the oriental market in the city, when i give her vitamins.
